Crocs teams up with Chumbak to launch its first Indian fashion collaboration


Crocs, Inc., partners with globally inspired Indian lifestyle brand Chumbak to launch the limited-edition Chumbak X Crocs footwear collection. With 3 classic clogs, the ChumbakXCrocs collection is designed to evolve heritage motifs into modern icons to vibrate with the new Indian.

This is Crocs’ first-ever partnership with an Indian brand and is set to launch on the 27thand May 2022 (Friday) at 11 a.m. The ChumbakXCrocs footwear collection will be available at select Crocs offline and online stores and Chumbak, Myntra and Superkicks.

This global partnership integrates iconic Chumbak designs, inspired by Indian art forms, with Crocs signature classic clog. The designs embrace the Crocs proclamation of Come As You Are – inviting everyone to show off their own vibe. Crocs and Chumbak kick off the campaign with “It’s a Vibe” – whatever you feel, whatever you do, wherever you go, when you put on your Chumbak X Crocs Classic Clogs, YOU become the VIBE!

Inspired by the intricate patterns of Ikat & Paisleys, one of the oldest art forms native to India, the Chumbak X Crocs Classic clogs are a modern take on the heritage art form. Once used as currency on the Silk Road, ikat has been practiced in India for thousands of years. For this collection, traditional Ikat prints feature prominently on the shoes, along with Jibbitz charms inspired by Indian motifs such as the owl, sparrow, elephant and sparrow.
