On May 13, Disney+ releases its new movie, a pop/hip-hop music titled, Sneakerella. The original film features new, multi-talented faces, Chosen Jacobs like El, and Lexi Underwood like Kira King. New York decor Sneakerella the film is a contemporary take on the Disney classic, Cinderella.

Sneakerella movie synopsis
El, an aspiring sneaker designer from Queens, works as a warehouse clerk at a shoe store and hides his artistic talent. Sparks fly after a chance encounter with Kira King, the daughter of sneaker royalty and a princess of sorts from Manhattan. With a nudge from his best friend and a touch of magic, El finds the courage to lace up and dream big.
Joining Jacobs and Underwood on the cast are John Salley, Devyn Nekoda, Juan Chioran, Bryan Terrell Clark, Kolton Stewart, Robyn Alomar, Yvonne Senat Jones and Hayward Leach.
The film is directed and co-produced by Elizabeth Allen Rosenbaum.
Sneakerella begins streaming May 13, 2022, exclusively on Disney+.
